Havells India, a fast-moving electrical goods company, has launched ‘REO’ range of non-modular switches in Chennai on May 07, 2013 as part of foraying into the Rs 1,500 crore non-modular switch market. The non-modular switch market is growing 15% year-on-year, and with launch of these switch products, the company is planning to enter TIER II and III cities.
Havells India is engaged in selling products in Kerala for several years and the business has shown an upward trend in terms of turnover in a short span of time. It has 10 manufacturing facilities in India in various states, including Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.
