In continuation with its previous letter dated January 25, 2024 where the company had informed regarding transfer of 8,724 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the Investor Education & Protection Fund (‘IEPF’) in accordance with the applicable provision of Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013, Arman Financial Services has informed that the Company/RTA has received request from 7 shareholders who are holding 700 equity shares of Rs 10 each requesting not to transfer their shares to Investor Education & Protection Fund (‘IEPF’), hence the company will file revised corporate action on Monday, January 29, 2024 for transferring 8,024 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the Investor Education & Protection Fund (‘IEPF’) in accordance with the applicable provision of Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 (‘IEPF Rules’) as amended from time to time.
