Associated Alcohols and Breweries has received approval for incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company ‘Associated Alcohols & Breweries (Awadh)’. The company’s subsidiary will be incorporated mainly for the green field project to be set up at Unnao Utter Pradesh, for which the land acquisition is in process. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on January 25, 2024 has approved the same.
Associated Alcohols and Breweries is one of the largest distilleries in India. The company is engaged in the business of bottling vodka and Scotch whisky for large reputed international brands.
