Shyam Metalics and Energy has informed that the Hon'ble NCL T Kolkata has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Platinum Minmet Private Limited (Transferor Company) vide petition No. CP (CAA) No. 17/KB/2023 connected with CA (CAA) No. 161/ KB/2022 with Shyam Sel and Power (Transferee Company), Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company on 25th January, 2024 under section 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The copy of the order is enclosed. The Scheme of Amalgamation will become effective upon the filing of the order passed by Hon'ble NCL T Kolkata with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.
