According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 1565.98 crore in index futures and options segments on Wednesday, May 08, 2013.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 1081.58 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 484.40 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 404.01 crore, while they also sold stock options worth Rs 41.57 crore.
