In terms of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation has informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2023 after the same are reviewed by Audit Committee. Further, as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Dealing with Securities of IRCTC, Trading Window has been closed from Monday, January 1, 2024 and will remain closed up to 48 hours after the date of declaration of the said Financial Results i.e. up to Thursday, 15th February, 2024. Intimation regarding closure of trading window has already been given vide our Notice dated December 26, 2023. During the closure of Trading Window, Insiders have been advised not to deal in the shares of IRCTC.
