Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, MP Agro Industries has informed that the Company has received information from RTA Link Intime India on 28th January, 2024 vide email that they have received request for issuance of duplicate share certificate cum intimation of loss of share certificate from the shareholder, Maya A Doshi (Folio No. M000232). The duplicate share certificate will be issued only after the receipt of all necessary documents from the shareholder and also in compliance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/ MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022.
