The company has enclosed the copy of the said results and the copy of the Limited Review Reports (standalone and consolidated) dated 31st January 2024 and Revised the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information effective from 31st January 2024 in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended, a copy of which is enclosed and is also available on the website of the Company (www.suzlon.com).
