Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Angel One has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee had approved the appointment of Meenal Maheshwari Shah as Group General Counsel of Angel One, forming part of the Senior Management of the Company. Meenal Maheshwari Shah has joined the Company with effect from today February 01, 2024. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is given in the enclosed Annexure A.
