Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Krishanveer Forge has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 09, 2024, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023; and any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further, vide letter dated December 29, 2023, they had intimated that the trading window will remain closed from January 01, 2024, till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023. The trading window shall remain closed until February 11, 2024, 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023, as mentioned above. The trading window shall open on February 12, 2024.
