Ekansh Concepts has received approval from Board of Directors for sale of its entire stake in its wholly owned subsidiary not being a material subsidiary M/s. Choice Realty for a consideration of Rs 21 lakh. Therefore, upon completion of the aforesaid Sale, Choice Realty would cease to be wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Choice Realty is not a material subsidiary of the Company.
