Neuland Laboratories has entered into an agreement with Concept Public Relation India for providing strategic communication services which include advertising and publicity. The Company has received confirmation from them in providing communication services.
The confirmation is on the following regards- that neither they nor any of their associates hold any shares in Neuland Laboratories, that they have not appointed, nor have any relationship with any nominee or Director on the Board of Neuland Laboratories, That there is no management control or potential conflict of interest arising out of service agreements entered into with Neuland Laboratories and that there are no back-to-back treaties/contracts/agreements/MOUs or similar instruments entered into with Neuland Laboratories for the purpose of advertising, publicity etc.
Neuland Laboratories is engaged in manufacturing of Salbutamol Sulphate. The company has has two world-class API manufacturing facilities close to the city of Hyderabad, capable in handling complex and hazardous reactions.
