Aurobindo Pharma has informed that Eugia US Manufacturing LLC, USA, a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the Company, has entered into an asset purchase agreement with Empower Clinic Services New Jersey, LLC to dispose of its business assets as a going concern with related assets and liabilities and employees. Eugia US Manufacturing LLC is not a material subsidiary of the Company and accordingly, the disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Part B of Schedule III of the aforesaid regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, is enclosed as 'Annexure I'.
