MPS has entered into a binding membership purchase agreement with Element, LLC, an unlisted limited liability company registered in Florida, United States, and the existing members of Element, LLC for the acquisition of 100% of the units of Element, LLC for an aggregate consideration of approximately Rs 10 crore.
The proposed transaction is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent that includes the receipt of regulatory approvals. The acquisition of Element, LLC will enhance the company’s presence in the US educational publishing market.
