Pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2023/70 dated 17th May, 2023, the Company shall issue ‘Letter(s) of Confirmation’ to the shareholders of the Company, within the prescribed timelines, after completing the required statutory formalities.
