Welspun Corp has received approval from board of directors to set up 150 KMTPA DI Pipes manufacturing facility in the Middle East Region with an investment around Rs 500 crore spread over next four to six quarters. The investment will be made by the Company/ Subsidiary through a combination of debt and equity. The plant is expected to commence commercial production by H1CY2025. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 06, 2024 has, inter?alia, considered and approved the same.
