Further to letter dated February 1, 2024 intimating the date of Board Meeting to be held on February 10, 2024 to consider the unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2023, Aurobindo Pharma has informed that the Board at its aforesaid meeting will also consider the proposal of payment of Second Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2023-24. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation 2015, the interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members as on February 20, 2024, which is the Record Date fixed for this purpose.
