Poonawalla Fincorp has raised Rs 500 crore through the allotment of 50,000 secured, redeemable, rated, listed, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1 lakh each through private placement. The Finance Committee, as authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company has on February 07, 2024, approved allotment of the same.
