Gold futures finished slightly higher on Wednesday, kindled by the sliding dollar and 10-year Treasury bond yield notes. However, gains remained capped as robust US jobs and service data dulled prospects of March interest rate cut.
Gold futures for April delivery up by $0.30 or 0.01% to settle at $2051.70 per ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile. While, spot gold dipped by $2.31 points or 0.11% to $2,033.05 ounce.
