Krypton Developers has ceased to be subsidiary of Krypton Industries with effect from March 30, 2013, by virtue of the Companies Act, 1956. Krypton Industries held 49,400 equity shares (constituting 98.8%) out of 50,000 issued, subscribed & paid up equity shares of Krypton Developers. The company has disposed off 40,000 shares out of its holding on March 30, 2013 by sale.
Krypton Industries has been manufacturing various OEM components and spare parts for the Rehab Care, Industrial segment and Bicycle Industry. It has been serving its clients spanning geographies for the last 15 years with distinction.
