Physical rubber prices remained unchanged on Tuesday on buyer resistance, as the reports from the domestic markets were not so impressive. Spot prices for RSS- 4 and RSS- 5 variety remained unchanged at Rs. 171/ kg and Rs. 167/ kg respectively.
In the futures market, contract of May delivery inched up to Rs. 170.10 compared to its previous close of Rs. 169.24, while June delivery closed at Rs. 169.36 compared to its previous closing of Rs. 169.17 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
