Details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July 2023, as amended from time to time are given as Annexure -II; Board approved capex of Rs 12.5 Crores for acquiring plant/land and further material development/ information will be intimate after occurrence of event.
