The above results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 12.02.2024 (today). It also enclosed ‘Limited Review Report' dated 12.02.2024, issued by Statutory Auditors, NGST & Associates, Chartered Accountants in respect of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31.12.2023.
