With reference to its letter dated 17.01.2024 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part-A of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Rolta India has informed that the 18th Meeting of the Committees of Creditors (CoC) which was held on February 12, 2024 (Monday) has been adjourned and will resume after the receipt of the Order of Hon’ble NCLT in IA 345/2024. Any further development in this regard will be shared with the Stock Exchange as per the requirement of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
