Pursuant to the Regulation 32(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Regulation 82(4) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, Suzlon Energy has informed that it enclosed Report of the Monitoring Agency for the quarter ended 31st December 2023 issued by CRISIL Ratings, Monitoring Agency appointed to monitor the utilisation of the proceeds of the Rights Issue of the Company. And confirmed that there is no variation or deviation in the actual utilisation of the funds and hence the provisions of Regulation 32(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are not applicable.
