Further to its letter dated 8 February 2024 wherein the company had given advance intimation of participating by the Company in the upcoming Investor Conference of Nuvama Institutional Equities (in person group Meeting), scheduled to be held today Wednesday, 14 February 2024 at 9:00 am (IST), in Mumbai. In compliance with Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Mahindra Logistics has informed that, due to certain exigencies, the Company will not be able to participate in the said Investor Conference and hence the scheduled Analyst/Institutional Investor/Fund Meetings with the Company stand cancelled.
