In continuation to earlier disclosure dated January 24, 2024 intimating resignation by Ritika Sharma (ACS 40852) from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works has informed that it will be relieved from the services of the Company from the closing hours of 15 February 2024. This is in compliance with the extant norms. Detailed information as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 in respect of aforesaid resignation is given in ‘Annexure A’ to this letter.
