Venus Remedies has received an approval to raise funds by way of equity/convertible instruments in the company/its wholly owned subsidiary up to $30 million, on a preferential basis. The board of directors at its meeting held on May 18, 2013 has approved for the same. The above is however subject to approval of the shareholders, statutory approvals, applicable laws, guidelines and regulations.
