Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Shankara Building Products has informed that National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) vide letter dated 20th February, 2024 imposed a fine of Rs 60,000 on the Company under Regulation 162 of ICDR Regulation, 2018, the details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P-CIR//2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure I.
