The copy of aforesaid results along with audit report of the statutory auditors’ and a declaration in respect of unmodified opinion by statutory auditors’ is enclosed; Recommended a final dividend of Rs 5 per fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each (face value), for the financial year ended 31st December, 2023, subject to deduction of tax, as applicable and approval of Members at the ensuing sixty-eighth Annual General Meeting.
