Medplus Health Services has informed that the Board of Director at its meeting held today, February 21, 2024 decided the followings: Diagnostic Business: Defer the expansion plans for Diagnostics Division beyond Hyderabad, until the profitability of the pilot project is established; Pharmacy Business: Expansion of Pharmacy business through internal accruals and working capital loan etc. Considering the above, the Board has decided not to proceed with the fund-raising approval received from the shareholders on November 30, 2023. The meeting of the Board of Directors started at 11:30 PM and concluded at 12.05 PM.
