Nifty February 2024 futures closed at 22034 (LTP) on Wednesday, at a discount of 21.05 points over spot closing of 22055.05, while Nifty March 2024 futures ended at 22185.00 (LTP), at a premium of 129.95 points over spot closing. Nifty February futures saw an addition of 2,505 units, taking the total outstanding open interest (Contracts) to 2,29,739 units. The near month derivatives contract will expire on February 29, 2024. From the most active contracts, HDFC Bank February 2024 futures traded at a premium of 0.85 points at 1436.85 (LTP) compared with spot closing of 1436.00. The numbers of contracts traded were 52,583. (Provisional)
