Authum Investment & Infrastructure has acquired 100% equity shares of Authum Real Estate (AREPL). Accordingly, AREPL becomes the Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company of Authum Investment and Infrastructure. This acquisition forms part of strategic financial investment. The cost of acquisition is Rs 10 lakh i.e. at face value of equity shares.
Authum Investment & Infrastructure is a registered NBFC carrying on the business of investment in shares and securities and also financing activities to achieve the goal of enhancing the value for its stakeholders.
