Hikal has informed that the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay, vide its order dated February 22, 2024, has disposed of the writ petition, filed by the Company challenging the jurisdiction of the principal bench of NGT, as not maintainable and granted liberty to the Company to seek remedies as available under law. The order of Hon’ble Bombay High Court shall operate on the expiry of a period of 4 weeks from February 22, 2024. The Hon’ble High Court has further extended the interim relief granted to the Company under its order dated March 24, 2023 for a period of 4 weeks from February 22, 2024, to enable the Company to invoke appropriate remedy.
