Tata Communications has won four awards in the Enterprise Telecom Services category at the Frost & Sullivan India Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Awards 2013. The company won the awards for enterprise data, hosted contact centre services, third-party managed services and managed video conferencing services.

The contenders were judged based on a variety of parameters including revenues, growth, market share, product diversity, and vertical and horizontal diversity.
