Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, TCFC Finance has informed that the Company has received an intimation from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent on 23rd February, 2024 pertaining to the loss of share Certificate(s)/request for issuance of duplicate share certificate from 2 shareholders for which stop transfer has been marked by the Registrar. Accordingly, the duplicate Share Certificate(s) shall be issued only after the necessary formalities are carried out by the Shareholders(s). The copy of intimation received from its RTA is enclosed.
