Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Grand Foundry has informed that Gagan Chaturvedi (DIN: 09826175) vide letter dated February 22, 2024, has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of the Company, with effect from February 22, 2024. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill - Para A(7B) of Part A of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circulars issued in this regard, are given in Annexure -I. The letter of resignation received from Gagan Chaturvedi is enclosed.
