Aditya Birla Capital (ABCL) has made an investment of Rs 50 crore on rights basis, in the equity shares of Aditya Birla Capital Digital (ABCDL). ABCL is making the investment in ABCDL to meet its growth and funding requirements. Pursuant to the aforesaid investments, there is no change in the percentage shareholding of ABCL and ABCDL continues to be wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company.
