With reference to the BSE mail dated 23rd February 2024, related to delayed submission of proceedings of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on 20th February 2024 at 11.30 AM, National Oxygen has informed that despite all its efforts they were able to upload the EGM proceedings only at 12:08 pm on 21st February 2024 instead of within 11:45 pm, due to a technical problem from IT side. They sincerely apologize for this delay in filing. They strive to adhere to the timelines prescribed by the Exchange and they assure that such over lapse will be avoided in the future.
