Infibeam Avenues has received approval to divest 85,000 equity shares in Fable Fintech. Pursuant to the said transaction, Fable Fintech would cease to be an associate of the Company. The consideration received from such sale is Rs 15.30 crore. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 24, 2024 has approved the same.
