Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) and NBCC (India) have entered into the Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs), reinforcing cooperation and collaboration to leverage respective strength for the effective implementation of Consultancy Services, Asset Monetization activities and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. The said MoUs are in the normal course of business of the company.
HUDCO finances social housing and residential real estate through primarily lending to State Governments and their agencies, which, in turn, extend the finance to or utilise the finance for the ultimate individual beneficiaries.
