According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 1471.49 crore in index futures and options segments on Monday, May 20, 2013.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 116.14 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 1355.35 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 270.59 crore, while they also sold stock options worth Rs 132.50 crore.
