Physical Rubber prices witness strength on Monday

Physical Rubber prices witnessed some strength on Monday, fuelled by robust global demand along with a strong tyre demand outlook this year. Meanwhile, shrinking supplies also kept rubber prices bullish.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety rose at Rs 166.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 166/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety unchanged at its previous closing of Rs 162.50/ kg.
