In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, Star Health and Allied Insurance Company has informed that it enclosed the Notice of Postal Ballot dated February 26, 2024 along with Explanatory Statement seeking the Members approval for the business set out in the Notice through remote e-voting process and the calendar of events for the postal ballot process. The Notice is being sent to the Members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on February 23, 2024, Friday (Cut-off Date). The Company has engaged the services of Kfin Technologies for providing e-voting facility to its members. The voting through Postal Ballot e-voting shall commence from 10:00 am (IST) on Friday, March 01, 2024 and shall end at 5:00 pm (IST) on Saturday, March 30, 2024. Voting rights of the Members shall be in proportion to the shares held by them in the paid- up equity share capital of the Company as on Cut-off date. Communication of assent or dissent of the Members would only take place through the remote e-voting system. The results of the Postal Ballot (including e-voting) along with the Scrutinizer's report shall be announced on or before 5:00 pm (IST) on Monday, April 01, 2024. The Calendar of Events for Postal Ballot Process and the Notice of Postal Ballot is attached as Annexure -I and Annexure II.
