Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, Elin Electronics has informed that consequent to the Special Resolution passed by the member of the Company at Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2023 and the approval of Regional Director, (Eastern Region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Kolkata vide its order dated 13th February, 2024 for shifting of Registered Office of the Company from the state of West Bengal to NCI' of Delhi, the Board of Directors of the Company, on February 28, 2024 via resolution by circulation has decided to shift the Registered Office from 143, Cotton Street, Kolkata- 700007 to the Corporate Office of the Company at 4771, Bharat Ram Road, 23 Darya Ganj, New Dehi-110002 with effect from February 27, 2024. The Company is in the process of filing necessary forms with the jurisdictional Registrar of Companies in this regard. The Company shall submit a copy of the altered Memorandum of Association of the Company upon receipt of the revised certificate of Registration from the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
