In continuation of letter dated 16th February, 2024, wherein the Company had intimated that National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench has approved/ sanctioned the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Canopy Finance (the Transferor Company / ‘the Company’) by Purple Finance (‘the Transferee Company’ / ‘the Resulting Company’) on 15th February, 2024, Canopy Finance has informed that the Company has received Certified true copy of NCLT Order on 28th February, 2024. It enclosed the Certified True copy of NCLT Order.
