Further in terms of the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, letter of confirmation shall be issued to the shareholder/ claimant after complying with the required formalities within 30 days of receipt of the request.
