Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022; the company is in the process of issuing letter of confirmation in lieu duplicate share certificate to the mentioned shareholder(s) subject to compliance of required formalities in accordance with the aforesaid Circular.
