Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Inditrade Capital has informed that Maya Menon has tendered her resignation dated 29th February, 2024, from the position of Manager, Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company to pursue opportunities outside the organization. The Company has accepted the resignation of Maya Menon and accorded the consent to relieve her from her duties with effect from the closure of working hours of 29th February, 2024. The details with respect to change in Board of Directors/KMP as required under Regulation 30 of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are annexed and marked as Annexure-A, alongwith a copy of the resignation letter.
