Agarwal Fortune India has informed that Amit Kumar Agarwal, has tendered his resignation from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and KMP of the Company with effective from 28.02.2024 (after the close of business hours) on account of personal reasons, and since then he is not associated with the Company. The company has accepted his resignation today, on 29.02.2024. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 including Timeline as specified in sub-para 7C of Para A of Schedule III, read along with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 5th September 2015 are given in Annexure A. The Company is in the process of appointing a new Chief Financial Officer and the same will be communicated to the Stock Exchange within in due course of time.
